摘　　要：博物馆是公共文化服务和旅游发展的重要载体和阵地,在培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观、满足人民群众对美好生活的新期待方面发挥了重要作用。近年来,我国博物馆特别是人文历史类博物馆有了较大发展,但受文物资源不足、科学研究基础薄弱等问题制约,许多中小型博物馆在开放过程中出现了"休闲半僵"状态。因此,有必要就当前中小型博物馆文物利用、职能发挥等方面存在的问题进行总结,对如何让文物"活"起来、让博物馆"火"进行思考和探索。Museum is an important carrier and site for public cultural services and tourism development.It plays an crucial role in cultivating and promoting the Core Socialist Values and meeting the new expectations of the people for a better life.In recent years,China’s museums,especially the cultural and historical museums,have developed greatly.However,due to the shortage of cultural resources and the weak scientific research foundation,many small and medium museums have experienced a rather less-occupied and quite rigid in the process of open use.Therefore,it is necessary to summarize the problems existing in the use of cultural relics and functions in the current small and medium museums,further think and explore how to revive the cultural relics as well as popularize the museum.
