摘　　要：由2019新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)引起的肺炎(简称新冠肺炎,COVID-19)在我国及世界多数国家肆虐。根据最新的临床报道,由医院相关性传播导致的新冠肺炎并不少见。对于此类患者,有些合并浆膜腔脓肿、急性非血管腔道梗阻性化脓性病变以及影响血流动力学的大量浆膜腔积液,需要介入超声急诊穿刺置管引流治疗挽救生命,为后续进一步诊疗提供桥接。疫情期间,隔离病房中如何避免潜在的交叉感染风险,为介入超声科工作提出了严峻的考验。在新冠肺炎全国流行期间,我院针对此类患者制定出相应的诊疗方案,总结疫情期间介入超声穿刺引流经验,以期为同行提供借鉴。COVID-19 caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has spread in China and most countries in the world.According to the latest clinical reports,COVID-19 caused by hospital-related transmission is not uncommon.Some patients combined with serous cavity abscess,acute non vascular tract obstructive suppurative lesions as well as serous membrane effusion influencing hemodynamics,which need emergency interventional ultrasound puncture drain to save lives,and provide bridge for further diagnosis and treatment.During the epidemic period,how to avoid the potential risk of cross-infection in the isolation ward presents a severe test for the work of the interventional ultrasound department.During the national epidemic of COVID-19,our hospital developed the corresponding treatment plan for such patients and put it into practice.The article summarizes the experience of interventional ultrasound puncture drain to provide reference for other hospitals.
