门诊部应对新冠肺炎的做法与效果

摘　　要：为有效防控新冠肺炎疫情的蔓延,解放军某门诊部及时启动应急预案,通过设立专用通道、规范就诊流程、严格各类人员管理、加强职业防护培训、做好疫情监测、规范消毒等方法进行科学防控。在确诊了家庭聚集性新冠肺炎病例3例后,进一步加强营区管控,严格密切接触人员排查,及时进行隔离管理,营院内未发生二代感染病例。疫情防控做法科学有效,符合基层门诊部的实际情况,为基层门诊部应对传染性疾病工作提供了参考。To effectively prevent and control COVID-19 epidemic from spreading,the PLA outpatient department launched the emergency response plan in time.Scientific prevention and control were carried out by setting up dedicated channels,standardizing the treatment process,strictly managing all kinds of personnel,strengthening the training of occupational protection,monitoring the epidemic situation.standardizing disinfection and other methods.After the confirmation of 3 cases of family aggregation COVID-19,no second generation infection case occurred in the camp,owing to further strengthening the camp control,strict screening of close contact personnel,timely isolation management.The practice of epidemic prevention and control is scientific and effective,which conforms to the actual situation of the basic outpatient department,and provides reference for the work of the basic outpatient department in dealing with infectious diseases.
