摘  要:在大型火力发电厂安装工程中,锅炉汽包体积、重量大,属于技术难度高、危险系数大的作业,因此电站锅炉汽包吊装都要编制专项施工方案,必要时要进行专家论证合格后才可进行作业。汽包吊装找正完成才能进行受热面安装工作,也属于重大里程碑节点。陕西某电厂汽包长度大于炉膛长度,因此采用汽包倾斜一定角度,液压提升装置吊装的方法。In the installation project of large thermal power plant, the boiler drum is large in volume and weight, which belongs to the operation with high technical difficulty and high risk coefficient, so the special construction plan of boiler drum hoisting of power station should be worked out, and the operation must be carried out after expert demonstration and qualification when necessary. Drum hoisting is completed to carry out heating surface installation work, is also a major milestone node. In this paper, the length of the drum is larger than the length of furnace in power plant in Shaanxi Province, so the method of lifting the drum with a certain angle of tilt and hydraulic lifting device is adopted.
