摘  要:目前蒸汽吹管系统的设计存在安装及设计随意性强,安全系数低等问题,针对吹管临时系统设计的各个要点,从临时管道材质、管道壁厚,排汽反推力及临时管道膨胀量的计算、支吊架的选择、靶板器的布置及选择、临时补水系统的设计、集粒器及消音器的强度校核等多方面进行了研究,为临时管道的元件选择提供了理论依据,可以为相似工程蒸汽吹管临时系统的设计提供借鉴。At present, there are some problems in the design of steam blowing pipe system, such as strong randomness in installation and design, low safety factor, etc. In view of the key points in the design of temporary blowing pipe system,from the selection of temporary pipe material, the calculation of pipe wall thickness, exhaust reverse thrust and temporary pipe expansion, the selection of pipe support and hanger 、design of temporary water supply system,the arrangement and selection of target device,the strength checking of particle collector and silencer are studied in many aspects, which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of components in temporary pipelines and a reference for the design of temporary steam blowing system in similar projects.
