摘 要:针对300 MW、600 MW等级机组高中压转子发生振动异常爬升故障,揭缸检查发现转子发生渐进式弯曲,但故障发生的机理尚未完全确定。因此,首先计算了转子中部轴封通道的复杂流场,以确定该区域的表面温度场。然后再将转子整体表面温度场作为边界条件,计算转子的应力场。在应力场的计算中,首次采用附加应力来代替材质不均和残余应力等材质缺陷的影响,结果表明,考虑二者的影响后,高中压转子部分区域达到了发生蠕变变形的条件,随着时间的变化,转子将发生蠕变变形。初步揭示了我国几十台300 MW、600 MW等级机组高中压转子发生渐进式弯曲的机理。In view of 300 MW and 600 MW grade high pressure-intermediate pressure rotor occurred vibration exceptionally climbed fault, the rotors were checked to occur gradual bending by opening casing, but the mechanisms of fault was not confirmed completely. Therefore, the complicated flow field of central shaft seals channel in rotor was calculated to confirm the surface temperature of this region.And then the whole surface temperature of rotor was used as boundary to calculate the stress field of rotor.In the calculation of stress field, it was the first time to consider the effect of material defect included material uneven and residual stress replaced by additional stress. The results showed that the partial region of high pressure-intermediate pressure rotor reached the condition of the creep deformation under the consideration of residual stress and material uneven, with the increase of time, the creep deformation of rotor would occur. It revealed the mechanisms of tens 300 MW and 600 MW grade high pressure-intermediate pressure rotors occurred gradual bending fault.
