摘　　要：选用圣麻纤维/合金锗纤维65/35混纺纱为原料开发了一种接触凉感家纺面料介绍了合金锗纤维及圣麻纤维的性能特点,分析与探讨了合金锗纤维和圣麻纤维在纺纱、织造过程中的关键技术问题及其解决措施,同时介绍了接触凉感整理技术的具体工艺测试结果表明:整理后面料比未整理面料温度下降3-4K,水洗10次后下降3K;面料负离子释放量≥2800个/cm3,水洗10次后负离子释放量≥2500个/cm3.产品经检测机构检测,性能符合设计要求.The 65/35 holy hemp fiber/alloy Ge fiber blended yarn is selected as raw material to develop a kind of contact cool feeling home textile fabric.The properties and characteristics of alloy Ge fibers and holy hemp fibers are introduced.The key technical problems and their solutions in spinning and weaving process of alloy GE fibers and holy hemp fibers are mainly analyzed and discussed.The contart cooling finishing technology is also intrmlured.The test results show that the temperature of the finished fabric is 3-4 K lower than that of the untreated one and 3 K lower after 10 times ol launderings;the amount of negative ion release of the fabric is≥2800 cm3 and≥2500 cm3 after 10 times of launderings.The product has been tested hy authoritative testing organization,and its performance can meet the design requirements.
