摘　　要：为开发一种高档薄花呢,经、纬纱均采用75%70公支羊毛、18%70 tex驼绒与7%70 D桑蚕丝,采用半精纺工艺进行混纺,制成19.23 tex紧密纺单纱后经倍捻成股线用于织造,使产品顺利投产。介绍了毛绒丝花呢织物的产品设计及织造主要工序的生产工艺,对原料选配作了重点描述,并对蒸纱定捻、络筒、分条整经及剑杆织造等关键工序的工艺进行全面分析,为开发同类产品作参考。In order to develop a high-grade thin tweed,the blends of 75% N70 wool,18% 70 tex camel wool and 1% 70 D mulberry silk are blended by semi-worsted technology to produce 19.23 tex compact single yam as the warp and weft,and then the twisted strands are used for weaving to make the product go into production smoothly.The product design and the main weaving process of the velvet tweed fabricare systematically introduced,the selection of raw materials is especially described,and a comprehensive analysis of the key technological formulations such as steaming twist,winding,warping and rapier weaving is made,for the reference of colleagues in developing similar products.
