摘 要:普通单针床经编机用纱需经前道整经机整经后才能用于织造,存在工序流程长、设备种类多等弊端。为采用薄膜扁丝作为织造用纱的经编机设计了新型的供纱系统,阐述了该供纱系统的供纱原理、机构组成和供纱工艺流程。与传统的供纱系统相比,新型供纱系统可以实现扁丝从裂膜、加热、牵伸到送纱的产供一体化供纱流程,从而实现经编生产的短流程。经生产实践表明,该一体式扁丝供纱系统可以成功实现扁丝的正常生产和精确供纱。Ordinary single needle bed warp knitting machine yams can be used for weaving after warping by the previous warping machine,which has the disadvantages of long process flow and many types of equipment.A new yarn supply system is designed to use a waip knitting machine using film flat yam as the weaving yam,and the yarn supply principle,mechanism composition and yarn supply process of the yarn supply system are expounded.Compared with the traditional yarn supply system,the new yam supply system could realize the integrated yarn supply process of the flat yam from the split film,heating,drafting and yam feeding,thus realizing the short process of warp knitting production.The production practice indicates that the flat yarn feeding system could successfully realize the normal production of the flat yam and the precise yarn supply.
