摘  要:针对矿用急停闭锁开关的性能要求,对其关键零件拉轴弹簧进行了分析,根据弹簧的设计理论进行了选型与计算,通过设计表格校核初设数据的适用性,最后确定了拉轴弹簧的参数,通过对样机的测试验证了设计的拉轴弹簧可以满足矿用急停闭锁开关的性能要求。Aiming at the performance requirements of the mine emergency stop lock switch,the key parts of the pull shaft spring was analyzed. According to the design theory of the spring,the selection and calculation were carried out. The applicability of the preliminary design data was checked through the design table. Finally,the parameters of the pull shaft spring were determined. The test of the sample machine verified that the designed pull shaft spring can meet the performance requirements of the mine emergency stop lock switch.
