摘  要:针对极近夹矸煤层工作面由于赋存条件复杂、受地质条件影响、支架的稳定性不高、煤矿不能高产高效生产的问题,利用SolidWorks设计了顶梁和大摆梁的三维模型,又对放顶煤液压支架的顶梁、底座、斜梁、大摆梁以及前后连杆这些关键部件进行研究,为使仿真模拟更接近实际工况,运用ANSYS Workbench对2种工况下这5个关键部件的应力云图和支架的整体应力和位移云图进行分析,得出了支架整体应力在安全应力范围内,且位移量分布呈现局部化,具有一定的规律性,从而提高了支架整体的稳定性,也间接地提高了极近夹矸煤层条件下煤矿的高效高产开采。Aiming at the problems of the working conditions in the closely enclosed coal seam are complicated,affected by geological conditions, the stability of the support is not high,and the coal mine cannot be produced with high productivity and efficiency,using SolidWorks to design three-dimensional models of the top beam and large pendulum beam. The top beam, base, inclined beam,large pendulum beam and front and rear connecting rods key components of the caving hydraulic support were researched. In order to make the simulation closer to the actual working conditions,ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze the stress cloud diagrams of the five places key components and the overall stress and displacement cloud diagrams of the support in the two working conditions. It is concluded that the overall stress of the support is within the safe stress range,and the displacement is locally distributed with certain regularity,thereby improves the overall support stability also indirectly improves the high-efficiency and high-yield mining of coal mines in the closely enclosed coal seams.
