摘 要:针对振动噪声对矿用重载双列圆柱滚子轴承疲劳寿命影响较大的问题,以矿用重载NN3040双列圆柱滚子轴承为研究对象,分析了矿用重载双列圆柱滚子轴承模态特性;以模态振动频率为加载条件研究了矿用重载双列圆柱滚子轴承振动速度、加速度等振动特性。仿真及研究结果表明:不同模态阶数下,矿用重载双列圆柱滚子轴承振动频率、振型不同;矿用重载双列圆柱滚子轴承不同零件受载不同,轴承振动速度、振动加速度不同。该研究为矿用重载双列圆柱滚子轴承振动噪声减小、疲劳寿命的提高等方面提供理论依据。Aiming at the problem that the vibration and noise has a large impact on the fatigue life of mine heavy-duty double-row cylindrical roller bearing,taking the mine heavy-duty NN3040 doublerow cylindrical roller bearing as the research object,the modal characteristics for mine heavy-duty double-row cylindrical roller bearing has been analyzed;the vibration characteristics such as vibration speed and acceleration of mine heavy-duty double-row cylindrical roller bearing have been studied by the modal vibration frequency as the loading condition. The simulation and research results show that under different modal orders, the vibration frequency and vibration mode shape of mine heavy-duty double-row cylindrical roller bearing are different;the bearing vibration speed, and the vibration acceleration are different in the different loaded for different components of mine heavy-duty doublerow cylindrical roller bearing. The study provides theoretical basis for the vibration noise reducing and the fatigue life increasing of mine heavy-duty double-row cylindrical roller bearing.
