摘 要:在推焦过程中,推焦杆由于温度载荷和机械载荷的作用容易出现热力耦合变形导致失效的问题。以6.25 m捣固型焦炉设备推焦杆为研究对象,使用UG软件对其进行实体建模,然后使用ANSYS Workbench软件对推焦杆进行有限元分析,得到了推焦杆温度场分布云图。基于温度场模拟结果,将其作为体载荷采用顺序热力耦合法对推焦杆进行热力耦合变形分析,得到变形分布云图,对推焦杆的变形失效研究具有参考意义。In the process of coke pushing,the coke pushing rod is prone to failure due to thermal coupling deformation due to the action of temperature load and mechanical load. Taking the pushing rod of 6.25 m tamping coke oven equipment as the research object,UG software was used for solid modeling,and then ANSYS Workbench software was used for finite element analysis of the pushing rod,and the temperature distribution cloud map of the pushing rod was obtained. Based on the simulation results of the temperature field,the thermal coupling deformation analysis of the coke pushing rod was carried out using the sequential thermal-mechanical coupling method with the temperature as the body load,and the deformation distribution cloud map was obtained. It′ s of reference significance to study the deformation and failure of the pushing rod.
