摘 要:针对强背景噪声下冲击信号难以检测的问题,提出一种基于V字形随机共振的冲击信号检测方法。首先,利用分段函数构造了V字形单稳态随机共振势函数;其次,利用粒子群优化算法以裕度因子作为适应度函数实现系统参数的自适应选取;最后,将该方法应用于齿轮箱的断齿故障诊断,结果显示该方法可有效实现冲击特征的提取。Aiming at the problem that impact signal is difficult to detect under strong background noise,an impact signal detection method based on V-shaped stochastic resonance was proposed. Firstly,a piecewise function was used to construct a V-shaped monostable stochastic resonance potential function. Then the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to realize the adaptive selection of system parameters with the margin factor as the fitness function. Finally,the method was applied to the fault diagnosis of broken teeth in gearboxes and the results show that the method can effectively achieve the extraction of impact features.
