摘  要:介绍了一种液压支架转向就位装置,可完成液压支架90°原地转向与推移就位作业。现场试验证明,使用该装置安装液压支架省力、安全、高效。结合支架转向就位装置的研究与工程现场作业工艺,研制了一套以液压支架转向就位装置为核心设备的液压支架安装实验系统,该系统可直观地演示综采工作面液压支架的安装工艺,达到了良好的培训教学效果。A device for turning and locating of hydraulic support(DTL) was introduced, which can rotate the hydraulic support 90° and move it in place. Practice proved that using the DTL to install a hydraulic support is labor-saving, safe and efficient. Combined with the research and operation technology of the device for turning and locating the hydraulic support, an experimental system of the hydraulic support installation with the DTL as the core equipment was developed, which can directly demonstrate the installation process of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face, promote the achievement of good operation training and teaching effect.
