采煤机机载破碎机故障原因与解决对策

摘　　要：针对国内外采煤机机载滚筒式破碎机常见故障,分析了各类故障产生的原因,并从优化截齿布置、改善传动系统冷却方式、改变密封和润滑形式、增加机械和电气保护等方面进行改进,有效提高了破碎机在现场使用的可靠性。In view of the common faults of shearer-mounted breaker both at home and abroad,analyzed the various fault causes,offered the improvement such as optimizing the pick arrangement,improving cooling efficiency of the transmission system,changing types of sealing and lubrication,increasing mechanical and electrical protection,which effectively improve the operation stability of breaker in site.
