摘 要:带式输送机是煤矿开采过程中重要的运输设备,运输距离长,耗能大。提出基于RBFPID控制器的带式输送机自适应调速系统,实现带式输送机自适应调速从而降低其能耗。通过对带式输送机的能耗与煤量、带速之间的关系进行分析,建立带式输送机的能耗模型。为实现功率平衡,采用RBF-PID控制器调节电动机输出电压。阐述了RBF-PID控制器的工作过程,完成了基于RBF-PID控制器的带式输送机自适应调速系统的硬件设计和软件设计。该系统能耗低,节能效果良好。Belt conveyor is an important transportation equipment in the process of coal mining. It has a long transportation distance and high energy consumption. Proposed an adaptive speed regulation system of belt conveyor based on the RBF-PID controller to implement adaptive speed regulation of the belt conveyor to reduce its energy consumption. By analyzing the relationship between the energy consumption of the belt conveyor and the amount of coal and belt speed,the energy consumption model of the belt conveyor was expounded. In order to achieve power balance,the RBF-PID controller was used to adjust the motor output voltage. The working process of the RBF-PID controller was explained.The hardware design and software design of the belt conveyor adaptive speed regulation system based on the RBF-PID controller were completed. The system has low energy consumption and good energy saving effect.
