从寒湿疫论治新型冠状病毒肺炎思路探讨

摘　　要：通过分析2019年首发于湖北武汉的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情特点,根据中医学寒湿疫的相关理论,结合临床观察,提出从寒湿疫辨治新型冠状病毒肺炎的思路。认为2019年新型冠状病毒肺炎可归属中医学"寒湿疫"范畴,病机为寒湿疫毒内盛,肺脾阳气虚弱,寒饮阻肺,寒湿困脾。治疗的总体指导思想为辨证论治,灵活处置,急危重症需中西医结合治疗;治则为全程护阳、提前温阳,扶正解毒,截断扭转;具体治法可采用温阳扶正化饮,散寒去湿解毒。By analyzing the regional traits and climatic characteristics of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)which has the first onset in Wuhan,Hubei Province,and by combining the theory of cold-damp epidemics in the field of traditional Chinese medicine together with the analysis of the clinical characteristics of COVID-19,we put forward the thoughts for the treatment of COVID-19 based on the theory of cold-damp pestilence. It is suggested that COVID-19 can be classified into the category of cold-damp epidemics,and its pathogenesis is characterized by internal abundance of cold-damp pestilential pathogen,insufficiency of lung and spleen yang-qi,cold fluid obstructing lung,and cold-damp retention in spleen. The general guideline for the treatment of COVID-19 should be based on syndrome differentiation and treatment with flexible measures,and the combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can be used for the emergent and critical cases. The therapeutic principles for COVID-19 with Chinese medicine are to protect yang through the whole treatment process,and to warm yang in advance,so as to support healthy qi for removing toxin and blocking the deterioration of the disease. Therapies of warming yang and supporting healthy qi to resolve fluid retention,and dispersing cold and expelling damp to remove toxin can be used.
