摘 要:对近年来中医湿热证候模型的研究进行述评。目前中医湿热证候模型主要有基于中医病邪病机的湿重于热、热重于湿及湿热并重模型及基于脏腑病机的脾胃湿热、大肠湿热、肝胆湿热模型;湿热证模型的实验动物多采用大鼠、小鼠,其构建多采用高糖、高脂或高蛋白饮食,人工气候箱模拟湿热环境,灌胃致病菌等综合方式;湿热证动物模型的成模标准多以动物的临床表现如体质量、背毛、活动、饮食及饮水量、粪便等为主。认为目前以多因素复合方式构建的湿热证候模型,因涉及施加因素太多,造成后期成模标准及因素分析复杂化、不确定性。提出今后有关中医湿热证候模型的改良可尝试以饮食、湿热环境、生物因素等单一因素分别造模,以部分克服复合因素造模方法的可重复性差、不确定性大的不足;实验动物可选择与人类基因组序列具有高度的同源性的非人灵长类动物;应建立一套既符合中医学辨证理论,又可以稳定地在动物模型上体现的指标体系,使成模标准兼具针对性及客观性;中医湿热证候模型的研究需基于中医证候学研究的本质。The research for the experimental animal models of damp-heat syndrome in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in recent years was overviewed.Till now,the experimental animal models of damp-heat syndrome in the field of TCM were usually established according to TCM pathogenesis of pathogenic factors,which can be classified into the damp-heat animal model with the predominance of damp,damp-heat animal model with the predominance of heat,and damp-heat animal model with the predominance of both damp and heat,or were established according to the TCM pathogenesis of zang-fu dysfunction,which can be classified into animal model of spleen and stomach damp-heat,animal model of large intestine damp-heat,and animal model of liver and gallbladder damp-heat.The animals of the damp-heat model usually involved in rats and mice,and the modeling methods covered the method of high-glucose,high-fat,or high-protein diet,method of establishing analog damp-heat environment in artificial box,and method of gastric infusion of pathogenic bacteria.The modeling criteria of damp-heat animal model usually followed the clinical manifestations of body weight,back hair,activities,diet,in-take of water,feces,etc..It is suggested that the damp-heat animal model established by the multi-factor complex method can result into the complexion and uncertainty of the subsequent modeling criteria.Therefore,it is indicated that the future modeling method for damp-heat animal model can be based on the single factor of diet,damp-heat environment,or biological factor,so as to avoid the poor repeatability and high uncertainty of the complex method.And the experimental animal can be chosen from the non-human primates which have high homology with human genome sequence.A set of model related parameters should be established based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and can be steadily reflected in the experimental animal,which can ensure the pointing and objectivity of the modeling criteria.The research of experimental animal models of damp-h
