热熔压敏胶为基质制备的伤柏贴膏皮肤给药安全性分析

摘　　要：【目的】通过动物实验,评价以热熔压敏胶为贴膏基质的伤柏贴膏治疗慢性软组织损伤的皮肤给药安全性。【方法】采用小鼠进行急性毒性试验,用豚鼠进行皮肤过敏性试验,用家兔进行皮肤刺激性试验。【结果】伤柏贴膏对小鼠完整皮肤无急性毒性反应,对家兔完整皮肤无刺激性,对豚鼠皮肤无过敏反应。【结论】伤柏贴膏用药安全性较高,适合在临床推广使用。Objective To evaluate the safety of skin administration of chronic soft tissue injury by using Shangbai Plaste with hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive in animal experiments.Methods Acute toxicity tests were performed in mice,skin allergic tests were performed in guinea pigs,and skin irritation tests were performed in rabbits.Results There is no acute toxicity to the complete skin of mice,no irritation to the complete skin of rabbits,and no allergic reaction to the skin of guinea pigs.Conclusion The safety of Shangbai Plaste is higher,and it is suitable for clinical promotion.
