化瘀除湿止痛方保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及对炎症因子、盆腔包块的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察化瘀除湿止痛方保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及对炎症因子、盆腔包块的影响。方法:将我院收治的82例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,按照入院单双顺序分为对照组和观察组,均41例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予化瘀除湿止痛方保留灌肠治疗,对比两组疗效、中医症候积分、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL-2、IL-10)]水平、盆腔包块变化及复发情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各中医症候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-2、IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组盆腔包块直径小于对照组(P<0.05),观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀除湿止痛方保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效较好,可改善炎症因子水平,减小盆腔包块,降低复发率。Objective:To explore the efficacy of applying Huayu Chushi Zhitong Recipe retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on inflammatory factors and pelvic masses.Methods:Eighty-two patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study and were divided into controlled group and observation group according to the single and double order of admission.The controlled group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given of Huayu Chushi Zhitong Recipe retention enema on the basis of the controlled group.The ef-ficacy,TCM syndromes scores,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-2,IL-10],pel-vic masses changes and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of TNF-αin the observation group was lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05)while the levels of IL-2and IL-10were higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the diameter of pelvic mass in the observation group was smaller than that in the controlled group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huayu Chushi Zhitong Recipe retention enema has better efficacy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and it can improve the levels of inflammatory factors,reduce pelvic masses and reduce the recurrence rate.
