岭南特色推拿治疗小儿外感发热60例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察岭南特色推拿治疗小儿外感发热60例临床疗效。方法:选取2016年04月~2018年12月深圳市儿童医院中医科门诊接治的120例外感发热患儿为对象,采用随机数字法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予岭南特色推拿治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、治疗依从率、体温、免疫功能及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组体温低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清IgG、IgA水平高于对照组(P<0.05),两组血清IgM水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:岭南特色推拿治疗小儿外感发热的临床疗效显著,可缓解临床症状,提高免疫功能,且安全性较高。Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of Lingnan Special Massage on treating 60children with exogenous fever.Methods:A total of 120children with exogenous fever who were treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)clinic of Shenzhen Municipal Children’s Hospital from April 2016to December 2018were enrolled.They were divided into controlled group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)by random number table method.The controlled group was given routine treat-ment,while the observation group was given Lingnan Special Massage on the basis of the controlled group.The clinical curative effect,TCM symptoms scores,treatment compliance rate,temperature,immune function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total response rate of the observation group was significant-ly higher than that of the controlled group(90.00%vs 66.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(96.67%vs 80.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,temperature of the observation group was lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of serum IgG and IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum IgM level between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Lingnan special massage is significanton children with exogenous fever,which can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve immune function,with relatively higher safety.
