摘 要:文章介绍了日本东京湾社会经济现状和环境污染破坏原因,并重点阐述了东京湾环境再生计划(一期)所采取的对策及实施后的效果。随着中国渤海湾经济的快速发展,对渤海湾的生态环境造成了严重的影响,根据渤海湾生态环境污染现状及地区产业发展的实际情况,提出可借鉴日本东京湾发展的经验和教训,从规划编制、政府引导、环保新技术应用和公众参与等方面提出渤海湾生态环境保护对策,为渤海湾生态环境保护与修复提供参考。The socio-economic development status and ecological environment protection of Tokyo bay in Japan,with emphases on the successful experience of Tokyo Bay Revitalization Action Plan(2003~2012)were introduced in this paper.With the rapid development of the economy,the environment problems in Bohai bay area were increasingly serious.According to the ecological environment situation and the actual situation of industry development in Bohai bay,the experience and lessons from the Tokyo bay can provide useful information for the environment protection and restoration of Bohai bay.Much attentions should be paid to the planning compilation,government guidance,new environmental protection technology application and public participation to improve the management system so as to provide the reference for the ecological restoration of Bohai bay.
