摘 要:目的探讨儿童上臂型植入式给药装置(TIAP)植入技术应用及术后并发症的发生情况。方法2018年4月—2018年12月期间诊治的6例白血病患儿接受上臂植入TIAP,男女各3例,年龄6岁~13岁。采用超声导引下经皮穿刺置管技术于上臂植入TIAP。结果6例患儿均成功植入上臂TIAP,未发生气胸、血胸、误穿动脉、心血管问题等并发症。结论超声导引下上臂型TIAP植入技术在儿童临床应用中安全有效,创伤小,可作为儿童化疗的一个输液通路选择。Objective To investigate the feasibility of implanting technology and postoperative complications of children′s upper arm totally implantable access port(TIAP).Methods From April 2018 to December 2018,children with leukemia were enrolled in the upper arm with TIAP in 6 cases,including 3 males and 3 females,aged 6-13 years old.TIAP was implanted into the upper arm using ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheterization.Results Six patients were successfully implanted with upper arm TIAP.There were no complications such as pneumothorax,hemothorax,arterial incision,and cardiovascular problems.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided upper arm TIAP implantation is safe,effective and minimally invasive in the clinical application of children.It could be used as a transfusion pathway in the treatment of childhood leukemia.
