摘 要:儒家私德伦理主张“亲亲为大”的思想,认为人与人之间是有血亲宗法关系的层次之分不能兼爱,强调为了孝道可舍弃公正,这不免给人们带来错误的心理和行为暗示,造成不良的社会影响。我国传统社会主张家国同构、以家庭为本位,家庭私德是中国传统社会以及儒家伦理思想的主导性伦理道德,且与社会公德发生了冲突。随着血缘宗法制的衰落和现代文明的进步,我国已由熟人熟事社会跨入陌生人物的社会。以儒家传统伦理道德为基点,结合西方社会德性的涵养方法,型塑我国公民的现代社会公德观念,构建具有中国传统文化特色的社会公德。Confucian ethics of personal morality advocated ideas such as"affinity and mutual concealment"and"affinity is great".It is believed that people could not love each other due to the consanguinity system.It emphasized that justice could be sacrificed for filial piety,which will inevitably lead to the wrong psychological and behavioral hint,resulting in bad social impact.China’s traditional society asserts the integration of family and nation,and a family-centered concept with private morality as the leading ethic,which conflicts with social morality.With the decline of consanguinity system and the development of modern civilization,China has now entered the society of strangers instead of acquaintances and familiar.Based on the traditional Confucian ethics,combining with the moral cultivation in western society,the authors proposed a model for cultivating modern social morality of Chinese citizens,which contributed to the construction of social morality with the characteristics of Chinese traditional culture.
