摘  要:采用高纯氮气,在常压下对Cr18Mn21钢进行固溶渗氮处理,研究了固溶渗氮工艺对渗氮层显微组织、厚度、硬度及耐蚀性的影响。利用XRD和光学显微镜研究了Cr18Mn21钢渗氮层相组成及显微组织;利用显微硬度测试仪和电化学工作站测试了Cr18Mn21钢渗氮层的硬度分布和耐腐蚀性。Cr18Mn21 steel is treated using solid solution nitriding under atmospheric pressure with high purity nitrogen.The effect of solid solution nitriding on microstructure,thickness,hardness and corrosion resistance of nitriding layer is studied.The phase composition and microstructure of solid solution nitriding layer of Cr18Mn21 steel are studied with XRD and optical microscope,while the hardness distribution and corrosion resistance of nitriding layer of Cr18Mn21 steel are measured with microhardness tester and electrochemical workstation.
