摘 要:为了进一步提升子弹药引信的安全性,探讨了美军引信安全性标准MIL-STD-1316F与子弹药引信相关的几个概念,采用系统分析方法结合典型的子弹药引信,从安全性的角度出发,对子弹药引信设计中的若干问题进行了分析。研究结论为:嵌套保险不能独立作为冗余保险中的一道保险,但可以作为子弹药引信用来启动一道保险的解除保险程序;子弹药引信的自毁装置启动时机与子弹药引信是否解除隔离无关;对于设置有延期解除隔离装置的子弹药引信,自毁作用应在延期解除隔离后,对于没有延期解除隔离装置的子弹药引信,自毁作用应在安全系统解除隔离后。For further improving the safety of the submunition fuze,the US military fuze safety standard MIL-STD-1316 was analyzed.Then several concepts about the submunition fuze have been discussed.On this basis,in order to the safety,several issues in submunition fuze designing were analyzed.By the system analyzing methods with the typical submunition fuses,conclusion as follows:the nested safety can’t be independently used as one of the safety in redundant safety.However,it can be used as a procedure of relieving safety before submunition fuze activated.The start time of the submunition fuze feature(s)system is not related to whether its safety system is armed.For the submunition fuze with arming delay devices,self-destruct feature(s)shall be operated after the arming delay.On the other hand,for the submunition fuze without arming delay devices,self-destruct feature(s)should be performed after the fuse is armed.
