摘  要:武汉火神山医院属于为救治新冠病毒感染的肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)患者而紧急建设的应急专门医疗设施,为应对武汉地区病患短时间内大量增加,必须立即投入使用。由于新冠肺炎传播速度快、蔓延范围广,医院污水处理工程设计在保证生物安全方面至关重要。同时生化处理工艺设计需要适应多工况运行要求,既要适应传染病疫情期间的应急使用,又要满足疫情稳定期间的长期运行管理,还需要考虑其未来作为传染病医院继续使用的可能性。从病区污水排放量的确定和进出水质要求、污水处理生化工艺选择的原则与方案比选等方面,探讨了新冠肺炎传染病医院污水生化处理工艺设计满足多工况运行的可行性及合理途径。The Huoshenshan hospital in Wuhan is a special emergency medical facility for the treatment of pneumonia caused by 2019-nCoV infection.It is necessary to respond quickly to the rapid increase of patients in Wuhan for a short period of time.As an emergency medical treatment facility,it must be put into operation immediately.As COVID-19infection is spreading rapidly and widely,the design of hospital sewage treatment works is crucial in ensuring biosafety.At the same time,the biochemical treatment process design needs to adapt to the requirements of multiple oper-ating conditions,not only to adapt to the emergency use during the epidemic period,but also to meet the long-term operation and management during the stable period of the epidemic,and also to consider the possibility of its future use as an infectious disease hospital.The COVID-19infection treatment of pneumonia infectious disease hospital sewage biochemical treatment process design meets the feasibility and reasonable path of multi conditions operation from the aspects of the de-termination of sewage discharge volume and the quality requirements of sewage treatment and bio-chemical process selection and comparison.
