摘 要:采用海水淡化过程的副产物反渗透(RO)浓盐废水对剩余污泥进行调理,分析其调理效能及可行性,以期提出一种"以废治废"的污泥调理方法。结果表明:RO浓盐废水对污泥调理效果显著,Ca^2+与污泥絮体表面负电位点结合,具有电中和压缩双电层作用,提高Zeta电位,减弱污泥电负性,降低束缚水含量,并具有絮体骨架构建和强化作用,显著提高污泥离心脱水性和可脱水程度。投加比为1.4时,污泥脱水性能、絮体结构及理化性质的改善效果最好,污泥离心脱水率从86.61%提高至88.96%,底泥含水率从87.023%降低至84.317%,上清液Zeta电位从-9.92 mV升高至-3.63mV,束缚水含量从3.95kg水/kg DS降低至3.03kg水/kg DS。污泥絮体强度在投加比为1.8时达到最大,强度因子从0.651增大至0.762。当RO浓盐废水过量投加时,过高的Na+破坏污泥絮体结构,减弱絮体强度,并释放有机物引起Zeta电位降低和束缚水含量增大,污泥脱水性能恶化。同时,对高盐脱水滤液提出了3种处置途径。In this study,the reverse osmosis(RO)brine generated from the seawater desalination process was employed for waste activated sludge(WAS)conditioning.The novel WAS conditioning method which is economical and environmentally friendly is supposed to be proppsed.The research results showed that the efficiency of WAS conditioning by RO brine was significant.The Ca^2+in the RO brine could combined with the WAS flocs and play the roles of electrical neutralization and compressed double layer,which resulted in the significant increase of Zeta potential and decrease of bound water of sludge flocs.In addition,the Ca^2+in RO brine played the roles of structure and enhancement of floc skeleton,which resulted in the increase of floc intensity factor and the improvement of dewaterability.The improvements of dewaterability,floc structure and physico-chemical properties of WAS were best when the RO brine proportion was 1.4.Under this condition,the centrifugal dewatering rate increased from 86.61%(raw WAS)to 88.96%,while the water content of dewatered sludge decreased from 87.023%to 84.317%(raw WAS).The Zeta potential increased from-9.92 mV(raw WAS)to-3.63 mV,while the bound water content decreased from 3.95 kg water/kg DS to 3.03 kg water/kg DS.The strength factor of WAS flocs reached to highest point of 0.762 from 0.651 at the RO brine proportion of 1.8.When the RO brine proportion exceeded the optimum RO brine proportion,the high concentration of Na+in RO brine would broke the structure of WAS flocs,which resulted in the decrease of floc strength.Meanwhile,part of organic substances inside WAS flocs would be released into the supernatant,which led to the decrease of Zeta potential,the increase of bound water content and the deteriorate of sludge dewaterability.At the same time,three disposal ways of high salt dehydrated filtrate were put forward.
