摘  要:以反应精馏隔壁塔工艺替代常规反应精馏工艺合成氯乙酸甲酯,并对反应精馏隔壁塔工艺流程进行优化,考察了进料位置、进料量、回流比、FS气相分配比等对产品质量分数和能耗的影响,并得出优化后的各操作参数。在此操作参数下,隔壁反应精馏塔的产品质量分数达到99. 98%,与常规反应精馏工艺相比节约能耗19. 6%。Synthesis of methyl chloroacetate is carried out by the reactive rectification dividing wall column process instead of conventional reactive distillation process. The reactive rectification dividing wall column process is optimized.Influences of feed position,feed amount,reflux ratio,FS gas phase distribution ratio,etc.on the mass fraction of products and energy consumption are investigated,and the optimized operation parameters are obtained. Under the optimal operation parameters,the mass fraction of product can reach 99. 98% by the reactive rectification dividing wall process,and the energy consumption is 19. 6% less than that by conventional reactive distillation process.
