摘  要:为解决味精瓶铰接瓶盖脱模困难的问题,设计了一种8次开模9次脱模六板式点浇口注塑模具,模具多腔布局为1模24腔。在模具中,模架采用一种三板式改进的六板式点浇口模架,分8次分型打开。在开模动作中,第1次和第2次打开用于流道废料的自动切除和脱模,第3次用于型腔内的脱模;第4~8次打开用于塑件在型芯上的脱模。在模架改进中,在定模板内增设定模推出板,增加一次强制脱模;在动模一侧第六分型板内增设一块内镶模板,增加一次强制脱模,从而实现了模架定模侧分3次打开,动模侧分5次打开。为保证动模能分5次按序打开,设置2种顺序控制机构对动模板的顺序打开进行控制,一种为翘板式锁扣机构,一种为锁芯滑动式锁扣机构,机构设计巧妙,动作稳定可靠,能有效降低模具的复杂程度和制造成本。In order to solve the problem of difficult demolding of aginomoto bottle hinged cap,a six-plate point-gate injection mold with 8 times of mold opening and 9 times of demoulding was designed.The multi-cavity layout of the mold is 1 mold with 24 cavities.In the mold,the mold base adopted a three-plate improved six-plate point-gate mold base,which was divided into 8 times opening.In the opening operation,the 1st and 2nd opening were used for automatic removal and demoulding of runner waste,the 3rd opening was used for demoulding of cavity,and the 4th–8th opening were used for demoulding of plastic parts on core.In the improvement of the mold base,a fixed-mold push-out-plate was added in the fixed-mold-palte,so a forced demoulding could be added,an inlaid-plate was added in the sixth-parting-plate on the side of the moving-mold,so a forced demoulding could be added,so that the opening of the fixed-mold side of the mold base was divided into 3 times,and the opening of the moving-mold side was divided into 5 times.In order to ensure that the moving-mold could be opened in sequence 5 times,two kinds of sequential control mechanisms were set to control the sequential opening of the moving-mold,one was the rocker-type locking mechanism,the other was the lock-core-sliding-type locking mechanism.The mechanism is ingenious in design,stable and reliable in action,which can effectively reduce the complexity and manufacturing cost of the mold.
