摘　　要：分析曲线锯左、右机壳的结构工艺性,介绍该注塑模具关键机构的技术要点及设计思路。借助常用模流分析软件Moldflow进行模拟充填分析及优化,利用数字化设计软件设计出模具的浇注系统、成型零件、顶出机构、侧抽芯机构以及冷却系统。模具中采用1模2腔布局,侧浇口进胶方式,采用推管顶出机构顶出较长圆柱;开模动作包括2次开模、1次顶出和4种抽芯脱模。模具中采用不同的抽芯机构合理地解决塑件中多处侧凹圆孔和外围轮廓结构的脱模工艺难题,其中包括采用前模抽芯方式完成塑件上顶部圆孔和斜孔的脱模抽芯,采用斜滑块抽芯机构完成其它侧孔的脱模抽芯,利用斜导柱抽芯机构简化局部外轮廓的分型面结构。该模具结构紧凑、动作可靠,可为类似结构的注塑模具提供借鉴。The technology of the left and right cases of the curved saw was analyzesd,and the key mechanism of the injection mold and its design were introduced.The simulation filling analysis and optimization were carried out with the help of common mold flow analysis software Moldflow,and the casting system,forming parts,ejection mechanism,side core-pulling mechanism and cooling system of the mold were designed with the help of digital design software.The mold adopted the layout of 1 mold and 2 cavities,the side gate was fed with glue,and the long cylinder was pushed out by the push tube pushing mechanism.The opening action includes two opening,one ejection and four core-pulling demoulding.Mold adopted different core-pulling mechanism reasonably solves demoulding process problems of multiple lateral concave round hole and outer contour structure in plastic patrs,including the front mold core pulling way to complete the plastic parts of the top round hole and the parting core-pulling action of inclined hole,the use of inclined slider core mechanism to complete the core pulling of other side holes,the use of oblique guide column core mechanism to simplify local external contoured parting surface structure.The mold has compact structure and reliable action,which can provide reference for injection mold with similar structure.
