摘  要:针对三维助力油管塑件的形状特点,设计了一种两板式单次开模两次顶出结构注塑模具,以实现塑件的自动化注塑生产。塑件模腔的浇注采用单侧端两点潜伏式冷浇口进浇。针对塑件脱模困难的问题,设置了3个脱模机构以实施塑件的脱模,第一个机构为哈夫滑块机构,实施既定分型设置下塑件局部区域的双侧分型脱模;第二个机构为油缸驱动的第一段弯管抽芯机构,实施塑件第一段弯管的旋转抽芯脱模;第三个机构为两次顶出驱动下的两步顶出机构,实施塑件第二段弯管的顶出抽芯脱模。第三个机构中,先利用第一次顶出将塑件从型芯上顶出,将塑件留于弯管型芯上,而后在第二次顶出中,通过一个外设的斜顶杆将塑件从第二段弯管型芯上顶出,从而实现塑件的完全脱模。脱模机构设置合理,有利于简化模具结构及降低模具的加工制造难度,有较好的工程设计参考意义。According to the shape characteristics of three-dimensional power assisted oil tube plastic parts,a two plate single opening and two ejection structure mould was designed to realize the automatic injection production of plastic parts.The mould cavity of the plastic part was gated by two submarine gates at one end.In view of the difficulty in demoulding of plastic parts,three demoulding mechanisms were set up to demould the plastic parts.The first mechanism was the half-slider mechanism,which implemented the two-sided demoulding of the local area of the plastic parts under the established parting setting.The second mechanism was the first section of elbow tube core pulling mechanism driven by the oil cylinder to demould the first section of elbow tube core rotating.The third mechanism was driven by two times of ejection,a two-step ejection mechanism was used to demould the second section of elbow tube.In the third mechanism,the first ejection was used to eject the plastic part from the core,and then the plastic part was left on the elbow tube core.In the second ejection,the plastic part was ejected from the second elbow tube core by an external inclined ejector rod,so as to realize the complete demoulding of the plastic part.The reasonable setting of the mechanical mechanism is beneficial to simplify the mold structure and reduce the difficulty of the mould processing and manufacturing,which has a good reference significance for engineering design.
