摘　　要：对LCD玻璃的精确断裂是液晶面板二次切割中的一个重要工序。断裂过程中,吸附支撑LCD玻璃的旋转台板不断受到裂片刀的冲击,长时间断裂作业会影响机构的精度,甚至损坏相关部件,缩短设备寿命。设计了一种应用于受冲击台板的支撑旋转机构,有效解决了上述问题,达到了预期的效果。已经批量应用,具有一定应用推广价值。The precise splitting of LCD glass by splitting machine is an important process in the secondary scribing of LCD panel.During the splitting process,the rotary table supporting the LCD glass is continuously impacted by the splitting knife,and the long-time splitting operation will affect the precision of the mechanism,even damage the relevant parts and shorten the service life of the equipment.A supporting and rotating mechanism applied to the impacted table is designed,which effectively solves the above problems and achieves the expected effect.It has been applied in batches and has certain application and promotion value.
