摘　　要：目的:探讨奇正青鹏膏联合点阵激光治疗增生性瘢痕的疗效。方法:选择2016年7月-2018年7月笔者医院接诊的70例增生性瘢痕患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=34),对照组使用点阵激光进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用奇正青鹏膏治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、瘢痕厚度、改良温哥华烧伤瘢痕评分(VSS)、抑郁评分、焦虑评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率97.22%,高于对照组的79.41%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者瘢痕厚度、VSS评分无显著性差异;治疗后,两组患者瘢痕厚度、VSS评分均显著性降低,且观察组患者瘢痕厚度、VSS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者抑郁评分、焦虑评分无显著性差异;治疗后,两组患者抑郁评分、焦虑评分均显著性降低,且观察组患者抑郁评分、焦虑评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组患者不良反应总发生率为5.56%,显著低于对照组的23.53%(P<0.05)。结论:增生性瘢痕采用奇正青鹏膏联合点阵激光治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者心理情况。Objective To study Curative efficacy of Qizheng qingpeng jointattice laser in treatment of Hypertrophic scar. Methods 70 patients with hypertrophic scar received in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as research objects, random number table method was used to divide the observation group(n=36) and the control group(n=34). The control group was treated with lattice laser, and the observation group was treated with qizheng qingpeng on the basis of the control group. Clinical efficacy, scar thickness, modified vancouver burn scar score(VSS), depression score, anxiety score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22% higher than 79.41% of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in scar thickness and VSS score between the two groups;after treatment,the scar thickness and VSS score of the two groups were significantly reduced, and the scar thickness and VSS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).Before treatment, there was no depression and anxiety score in the two groups. After treatment, the depression score and anxiety score of the two groups were significantly reduced, and the depression score and anxiety score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). During the treatment period, the total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 5.56%, significantly lower than that of the control group 23.53%(P<0.05). Conclusion Qizhengqingpeng plaster combined lattice laser has a significant effect on patients with hypertrophic scar, which can effectively improve the psychological condition of patients.
