摘 要:目的:应用三维CT扫描重建技术,设计一种对于假体隆鼻术后精确位移测量的新方法。方法:以24周龄成熟新西兰兔为研究对象,以头部骨性标志为参考点,应用三维CT扫描重建技术,比较不同观察时间点与手术即刻假体的位移情况,从而得到术后假体的位移精确数据。结果:采用本实验方法精确测量到假体隆鼻术后不同观察时间的假体的位移数据,8只新西兰兔假体置入1个月后末端左侧偏移的平均值为4.271mm,鼻背末端右侧偏移的平均值为3.930mm,鼻背中段左侧偏移的平均值为3.683mm,鼻背中段右侧偏移的平均值为6.145mm,左右角度偏移平均值为11.281°,鼻尖距偏移平均值为0.893mm,鼻背厚度点1厚度变化的平均值为0.339mm,鼻背厚度点2厚度变化的平均值为0.311mm,鼻背厚度点3厚度变化的平均值为0.206mm。结论:应用三维CT扫描重建技术对假体隆鼻术后假体位移的测量提供了精确的研究方法,为评价不同假体材料、形状及手术方法对于假体位移的影响提供参考。Objective To create a new method to measure the displacement after prosthetic rhinoplasty. Methods 8 twentyfour-week-old New Zealand rabbits were used in the experiments. The three-dimensional CT scan reconstruction technique was applied at different time points after prosthetic rhinoplasty. Results Our method could be used to measure the displacement of prosthetic rhinoplasty. One month after the prosthesis was implanted in 8 New Zealand rabbits, the average value of the left deviation of the end was 4.271 mm, the average value of the right deviation of the end of the nasal dorsum was 3.930 mm, the average value of the left deviation of the middle of the nasal dorsum was 3.683 mm, the average value of the right deviation of the middle of the nasal dorsum was 6.145 mm, the average value of the left and right angle deviation was 11.281°, the average value of the tip distance deviation was 0.893 mm, and the average value of the thickness change of the point 1 of the nasal dorsum was 0.339 mm, the average thickness of point 2 was 0.311 mm, and the average thickness of point 3 was 0.206 mm. Conclusion It is an accurate method for measurement of the displacement after prosthetic rhinoplasty, using the threedimensional CT scan reconstruction technique and the method can be applied to evaluate the influence of different prosthetic materials and surgical methods on the displacement of the prosthesis.
