镍钛记忆合金皮内缝合对甲状腺手术切口愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究甲状腺手术缝合时采用镍钛记忆合金皮内缝合对切口愈合的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月-2019年1月125例在笔者医院行甲状腺手术患者相关资料,依据患者术后缝合方式分为合金皮内缝合组(n=60)与丝线间断缝合组(n=65),分别应用镍钛记忆合金皮内缝合与丝线间断缝合。比较两组患者术后恢复情况,切口愈合情况,切口瘢痕情况,切口美观优良率。结果:合金皮内缝合组患者术后疼痛持续时间、切口愈合时间以及住院时间均明显短于丝线间断缝合组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者切口缝合时间比较差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。合金皮内缝合组患者切口愈合情况明显优于丝线间断缝合组,且切口瘢痕优良率明显高于丝线间断缝合组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。合金皮内缝合组与丝线间断缝合组切口美观优良率分别为95.00%与78.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺手术切口缝合时应用镍钛记忆合金皮内缝合可以促进切口快速愈合,在保证切口美观优良率情况下促进患者快速康复,临床应用价值高。Objective To explore effects of nitinol memory alloy intradermal suture on incision healing of thyroid surgery suture. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on related data of 125 patients who underwent thyroid surgery in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019. According to postoperative suture methods, they were divided into the alloy intradermal suture group(n=60) and the silk interrupt suture group(n=65). The two groups were given nitinol memory alloy intradermal suture and silk interrupt suture, respectively. The postoperative recovery, incision healing, incision healing scars and good rate of incision aesthetics were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of postoperative pain, incision healing time and hospitalization time in the alloy intradermal suture group were significantly shorter than those in the silk interrupt suture group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in incision suture time between the two groups(P>0.05). The incision healing condition in the alloy intradermal suture group was significantly better than that in the silk interrupt suture group(P<0.05). The good rate of incision scars in the alloy intradermal suture group was significantly higher than that in the silk interrupt suture group(P<0.05). The good rates of incision aesthetics in the alloy intradermal suture group and the silk interrupt suture group were 95.00% and 78.46%, respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nitinol memory alloy intradermal suture in thyroid surgery incision suture can promote rapid healing of incision, promote rapid recovery in condition of ensuring good rate of incision aesthetics.
