摘  要:对比分析了2种动车组内置式侧拉门压紧装置的受力情况,建立了压紧装置与门板相互作用的力学计算模型,计算了压紧装置在压紧状态保持动作、压紧动作和缓解动作下的作用力矩,验证了在不同工作条件下压紧装置输出力矩均大于外部载荷作用力矩,满足动车组正常运行的安全性要求。The forces on the 2 types of pressing devices in the built-in type side sliding doors for multiple units are compared and analyzed.The mechanical model of the mutual application between the pressing device and the door plate is established.The torques under the holding action of pressed condition,the pressing action and releasing action of the pressing device are calculated.It is verified that the output torques of the pressing device under different working conditions are all greater than the torques under outside loads and the safety requirements of normal operation of multiples units are met.
