摘 要:根据铁路客车车体小弯梁形状特点,一般采用压型模成型工艺,但在加工过程中经常出现裂纹。文章利用通用软件Abaqus,采用成型极限理论,对小弯梁的成型过程进行了仿真计算,同时通过试验的方法测定了材料的材料参数和FLD曲线,找到了裂纹产生的原因。通过调整开孔位置,避开危险区域,对小弯梁进行了优化,优化后的小弯梁在成型过程中没有出现裂纹。In accordance with the shape feature of the carline of railway passenger car body,the marking die technology is normally applied.However,cracking often appears in the processing.In this paper,the common software Abaqus and the forming limit theory are applied to make the simulation calculation for the forming process of the carline.In the mean time,the testing method is used to measure the material parameters and FLD curve,and the causes to the cracking are found out.The carline is optimized through adjusting the position of opening to avoid the dangerous section.No cracking has appeared in the optimized carline during the process of forming.
