摘 要:如何确定指标体系的权重是多属性决策中的一个重要问题。针对多属性决策中主客观权重的不确定问题,通过逆向云生成算法将多个主客观权重进行信息融合,生成不确定正态云组合权重,构建基于云模型的主客观组合赋权方法。在此基础上,提出基于正态云组合权重的多属性综合评价方法,该方法通过计算各方案组合赋权与理想方案组合赋权之间的正态云相似度值大小进行排序并确定最佳方案。最后,通过算例说明云组合权重综合评价方法的可行性和有效性。Determining the weight of index system is an important problem in multi-attribute decision making.Aiming at the uncertainty of subjective and objective weights in multi-attribute decision making,the inverse cloud generation algorithm is used to information fusion of multiple subjective and objective weights,and generate uncertain normal cloud model weights,so as to construct the subjective and objective combination weighting method based on cloud model.On this basis,a multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation method based on the combination weight of normal cloud is proposed.It sorts and determines the best alternative by calculating the normal cloud similarity degree between the combination weights of various alternatives and the ideal alternative.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation method for cloud combination weights.
