战略性新兴产业集聚、空间溢出效应与区域经济增长质量

摘　　要：新时代,随着国家宏观政策的调整以及环境因素的变化,战略性新兴产业逐渐成为促进中国经济健康发展的重要力量。以2007—2016年中国30个省区的战略性新兴产业集聚水平为研究对象,利用主成分分析方法对经济增长质量进行测度;进一步,选择空间杜宾模型(SDM)就战略性新兴产业集聚对区域经济增长质量的空间溢出效应展开实证分析。结果表明:中国区域经济增长质量及战略性新兴产业集聚水平各自存在空间正相关性,并体现出高高集聚和低低集聚的态势;战略性新兴产业集聚对本地区经济增长质量的影响体现出“倒U型”特征,即这种影响先增加后递减,且随着该产业集聚水平的提高,其集聚程度对相邻地区同样产生先增后减的空间溢出效应。最后,结合研究结果,就战略性新兴产业集聚及区域经济质量提升等提出相应的政策建议。With the adjustment of national macro policies and the change of environmental factors,strategic emerging industries have gradually become an important force to promote the healthy development of China's economy.It takes the agglomeration level of strategic emerging industries in 30 provinces from 2007 to 2016 as the research object,uses the principal component analysis method to measure the quality of economic growth,and further selects spatial Durbin model(SDM)to conduct an empirical analysis on the spatial spillover effect of strategic emerging industries agglomeration on the quality of regional economic growth.The results show that:Firstly,the quality of regional economic growth and the agglomeration level of strategic emerging industries in China have positive spatial correlation,and show the trend of double high agglomeration and double low agglomeration.Secondly,the influence of strategic emerging industry agglomeration on the quality of regional economic growth shows an"inverted u-shaped"feature,that is,the influence first increases and then decreases,and with the improvement of the industrial agglomeration level,its agglomeration degree also has the spatial spillover effect of increasing first and then decreasing in the adjacent areas.Finally,based on the research results,it puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on the agglomeration of strategic emerging industries and the improvement of regional economic quality.
