摘  要:科学预测装备需求和制定采购计划是提高装备采购效益的前提。针对装备采购决策以经验为主的现状,提出一种决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)和粗糙集(RS)相融合的装备采购决策规则获取方法,针对RS属性约简中重要属性可能被误删的问题,利用DEMATEL分析复杂系统多因素内在影响关系,按照中心度越大属性越重要的原则为属性筛选提供依据。实证结果表明,两种方法的融合,既充分挖掘了数据信息,又避免了重要因素被误删,使获取的决策规则既精炼又客观合理,可作为装备采购决策的参考依据。Scientifically predicting equipment needs and formulating procurement plans are prerequisites for improving equipment procurement benefits.In view of the fact that equipment procurement decision-making isbased on experience,a method for acquiring equipment procurement decision rules based on the fusion of decision making and trial evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)and rough set(RS)is proposed.In order to solve the problem of important attributes being deleted by mistake in attribute reduction,DEMATEL is used to analyze the multi-factor internal impact of complex systems,and provide guidance for attribute filtering with the principle that the greater the centrality,the more important the attribute is.The empirical result shows that the fusion of the two methods not only fully mines the data information,but also avoids important factors being deleted by mistake,making the obtained decision rules refined,objective and reasonable,which can be used as references for equipment procurement decision.
