摘　　要：本文从事故机理和进程、响应时间和范围、损伤途径和防护措施、行动重心和关键指标等方面,浅述了新冠肺炎疫情应急响应与核事故应急响应的异同。基于新冠肺炎疫情响应的经验教训,结合我国核应急工作实际,提出了对核应急领域的启示和建议及应采取的措施。In this paper,the similarities and differences between the emergency response of COVID-19 and the emergency response of nuclear accident are briefly described from the aspects of accident mechanism and process,response time and scope,damage path and protective measures,action focus and key indicators.Based on the experience and lessons of the response to the outbreak of COVID-19,combined with the actual work of nuclear emergency preparedness in China,the enlightenment,suggestions and measures to be taken in the field of nuclear emergency preparedness are put forward.
