摘　　要：目的探讨眼前节碱烧伤的临床及治疗方法。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月在我院诊治的62例眼前节碱烧伤患者临床资料为研究对象,Ⅰ~Ⅱ度烧伤给予维生素C+氯霉素+四环素治疗。Ⅲ~Ⅳ度烧伤给予球结膜下注射维生素C加肝素+可的松眼药水+四环素治疗,观察不同烧成程度患者临床治疗效果。结果62例患者经积极治疗后,痊愈46例、优10例、良4例、差2例,优良率为96.77%;Ⅰ~Ⅱ度42例患者均痊愈,视力均在0.6以上;Ⅲ度12例患者中痊愈4例,优8例,视力在0.08~0.3,其中有7例患者留有斑翳及少许新生血管;Ⅳ度4例患者中良3例,差1例,均留有斑翳及新生血管,但无角膜穿孔和眼睑粘连。结论眼前节碱烧伤患者,临床应依据烧伤程度给予多次、反复冲洗腐蚀化学液体,并配合结膜下注射维生素C、氯霉素眼药以及全身应用抗生素进行治疗,以实现满意的治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical and treatment methods of Alkali burns in the eyes.Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with Alkali burns in the eyes who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Vitamin C+chloramphenicol+tetracycline was used in the treatment ofⅠ~Ⅱdegree burns.Ⅲ~Ⅳdegree burns were treated by subconjunctival injection of vitamin C plus heparin+cortisone eye drops+tetracycline,observe the clinical treatment effect of patients with different firing degrees.Results After active treatment in 62 patients,46 cases were cured,10 cases were excellent,4 cases were good,and 2 cases were poor.The excellent and good rate was 96.77%;42 cases ofⅠtoⅡdegree were cured,and the vision was above 0.6;12 cases wereⅢdegree Four patients recovered,8 excellent,and vision ranged from 0.08 to 0.3,of which 7 patients had variegated plaques and a few new blood vessels;Among the 4 patients with gradeⅣ,3 were good and 1 was poor.They all had variegated ridges and neovascularization,but no corneal perforation and eyelid adhesion.Conclusion For patients with Alkali burns in the eyes,the patients should be given multiple and repeated washings of corrosive chemical fluids in accordance with the degree of burns,and combined with subconjunctival injection of vitamin C,chloramphenicol eye drops,and systemic antibiotics to achieve a satisfactory therapeutic effect.
