摘　　要：公众参与是档案事业在开放新时期重要的发展途径,统一档案数据库平台的构建是档案扩大提供利用的重大阶段目标。本文将两者结合起来,以百度百科工作模式为参考,以众包理论为基础,提出构建新型众源档案资料库的设想,并从它的概念界定和本身特点入手,探究它在我国的应用意义,可能面临的问题与相关建设。Public participation is an important way to develop archives in the new era of opening up,and the construction of unified archives database platform is a major phase goal to expand the use of archives.This paper combines the two,with Baidu encyclopedia working mode as a reference and universal source theory as the basis,puts forward the idea of building a new universal source archives database,and explores its application significance in China as well as possible problems and related construction considerations from its concept definition and its own characteristics.
