火针结合刺络拔罐治疗脓疱型痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火针结合刺络拔罐对脓疱型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取脓疱型痤疮患者64例。采用随机数字表,将64例脓疱型痤疮患者分为两组,对照组(普通针刺)和治疗组(火针结合刺络拔罐)各32例,治疗8周后观察疗效及皮损数目变化情况。结果:治疗组皮损数目减少为(4.62±2.56)个,对照组皮损数目减少为(9.56±3.76)个,治疗组总有效率为93.7%,优于对照组的75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针结合刺络拔罐法治疗脓疱型痤疮疗效较好,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect offire needle combined with puncture and cupping on Pustular acne.Methods Selected 64 cases of Pustular acne.Using random number table,Sixty four patients with Pustular acne into two groups,2 cases in the treatment group(fire needle combined with puncture and cupping)and 32 cases in the control group(ordinary acupuncture),Observing the therapeutic effect and the number of lesions after 8 weeks of treatment.Results the number of lesions in the treatment group was(4.62±2.56),the number of lesions in the control group was(9.56±3.76).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.7%better than 75%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion fire needle combined with puncture and cupping is effective in the treatment of Pustular acne,it is worthy of clinical application.
