中西医结合治疗冠心病36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的运动耐量和心肌缺血的影响。方法:将73例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组,对照组37例,观察组36例。对照组予冠心病常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用诺迪康胶囊,治疗周期均为8周。治疗前后两组均完善心电图及运动平板实验,观察并记录相关指标。结果:治疗8周后,在改善心肌缺血方面,两组治疗后心电图缺血导联ST压低水平均较治疗前减低,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在改善运动耐量方面,治疗后观察组运动时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗在改善冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的心肌缺血、提高运动耐量方面疗效较好。Objective To observe the effects of Nuo Di kang on myocardial ischemia and motion-endurance of the patients with stable angina.Methods Seventy-three patients with stable angina were randomly divided into two groups:The control group have 37 patients and the observation group have 36 patients.The control group to the coronary heart disease(CHD)conventional western medicine treatment;On the basis of control group and observation group with di kang capsule,treatment period for 8 week.both groups need to performed the Electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise test before and after treatment.Observe and record the related indexes.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the level of ST depression of ECG in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the observation group was better than the control group in clinical efficacy,the difference between the two groups has statistically significant(P<0.05),In terms of improving exercise tolerance,the exercise time in the observation group after treatment was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nuo Di kang Capsule is safe and effective in improving myocardial ischemia and improving exercise tolerance in patients with stable angina.
