摘 要:随着物联网、大数据技术的兴起,为变革创新林业管理模式提供了条件。文章基于智慧林业巡检管理服务平台构建,以物联网、大数据、RS、GPS、GIS等技术为支撑,建立“智能+手机App”的巡检管理方式。以林业资源管理、护林员管理和培训、林区灾害监测预防为主线,解决传统巡检模式落后、巡检考核方式单一、平台使用感不强等问题,实现林业部门对森林资源的全面监管和提供服务,完成主要的巡护巡检工作。同时,借助相关林业数据构建灾害预测模型,形成灾害预测报告。The rise of the Internet of things and big data has created a new development space for the new model of forestry management.This paper took the smart forestry inspection management service platform as the research object,which was supported by technologies such as Internet of things,big data,RS,GPS,GIS,etc,to build the inspection and management method of“smart+Mobile App”.Focusing on forestry resource management,forest ranger management and training,and forest disaster monitoring and prevention as the main line,the investigation and statistics of forest resources were carried out to solve the problem of backward traditional inspection mode,single inspection and assessment mode,and weak sense of platform use and so on.The platform tried to realize the comprehensive supervision of forest resources by the forestry department,and complete the main patrol inspection work.At the same time,with the relevant forestry data collected through inspections,the disaster prediction models were constructed to form disaster prediction reports.
