催化裂化装置腐蚀与典型设备防腐措施初探

摘　　要：催化装置主要是以减压蜡油和部分重馏分油为原料油,在催化剂作用下转化为高辛烷值汽油和化工原料。本文简要介绍了催化裂化装置的腐蚀情况,并对典型设备波纹管膨胀节和分馏塔塔顶循环换热器的腐蚀情况、原因和防腐措施进行了初步探讨。The catalytic unit mainly uses vacuum wax oil and some heavy fraction oil as raw oil and convert to high octane gasoline and chemical raw materials under the action of catalyst.This paper briefly introduces the corrosion of FCCU and makes a preliminary discussion of corrosion conditions,causes and anti-corrosion measures of typical equipment bellows expansion joint and fractionator overhead circulating heat exchanger.
