摘  要:在基础饲料中添加海洋红酵母(Rhodotorula mucilaginosa),分别配制成浓度为0.1%、0.3%和0.5%三组海洋红酵母饲料,研究其对宝石鲈(Scorturmbarcoo)生长性能、血液免疫、肝脏抗氧化性和肠道消化酶活性的影响,并使用维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii)进行攻毒实验。结果显示,实验进行8周后,0.3%组有以下特征:终末体质量、增重率、特定生长率、肝体比和肥满度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和总蛋白均值最高(P<0.05);中肠淀粉酶活性均值最高(P<0.05);前肠脂肪酶活性均值最高(P<0.05),肝脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和SOD最高(P<0.05)。攻毒实验中,0.3%、0.5%最终死亡率较低,与对照组相比差异显著。说明海洋红酵母最适宜添加浓度为0.3%。To study the effects of Rhodotorula mucilaginosa on gemstone growth performance, blood immunity, liver antioxidant activity and intestinal digestive enzyme of Scorturm barcoo, Rhodotorula mucilaginosa was added to the basal diet at mass concentrations of 0.1%, 0.3% and 0.5%, respectively.And using Aeromonas veronii for challenge experiments. Eight weeks after the experiment, the results showed that the 0.3% group has the following characteristics:The end body mass, weight gain rate, specific growth rate, liver-body ratio and fullness in the concentration of 0.3% Rhodotorula mucilaginosa were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The mean value of SOD, AKP and Total protein in blood are the highest;The mean value of amylase in midgut is the highest(P<0.05);The mean value of lipase in foregut is the highest(P<0.05);The mean value of T-AOC, GSH, CAT and SOD in liver is the highest(P<0.05);In the toxicity attack test, The ultimate mortality in the concentration of 0.3%, 0.5% Rhodotorula mucilaginosa was the lowest, The mortality was significantly different from that of the control group. These results indicated that the optimum addition concentration is 0.3%.
